CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Jennifer Joan Skincare offers worldwide shipping via Canada Post with the exception of the United States. We are pausing shipping to the US indefinitely.

Packages are shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.  When you place an order with Jennifer Joan, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your package has been shipped, you will recieve an email including your tracking information.  

DUTIES, TAXES & FEES

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the border, and are not included in our shipping charges.  Please expect 1-3 weeks for delivery due to transit and customs.
